Galiavi Studio
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application from Galiavi Studio ("we", "us", "our"), including Galiavi Letters, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
2. Intended Users
Our apps are designed for children ages 3–6 under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use our apps, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on the child's behalf.
3. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
4. In-App Purchases
Our apps may offer optional in-app purchases (such as the PRO unlock in Galiavi Letters). All purchases are one-time and non-subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google, not directly with us.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in our apps — including code, illustrations, sounds, characters, designs, and the "Galiavi" brand — is the property of Galiavi Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galiavi Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
